Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Photo Cleaner mobile application ("the App") operated by AI Photo Cleaner ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

AI Photo Cleaner is a mobile application that helps users organize and clean up their photo library. The App scans your device's photo library on-device to detect duplicates, blurry photos, and screenshots, and allows you to review and delete unwanted photos to free up storage space.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use the App to process content that does not belong to you or that you do not have the right to modify or delete
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App

Photo Deletion and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos and videos you choose to delete using the App. When you delete a photo, it is moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album, where it can be recovered within 30 days as governed by iOS. After that period, deletion may be permanent. We are not responsible for any loss of photos or other content resulting from your use of the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription plans or one-time in-app purchases that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Photo Cleaner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL DETECT ALL DUPLICATES, BLURRY PHOTOS, OR SCREENSHOTS WITH PERFECT ACCURACY.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI PHOTO CLEANER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PHOTOS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (such as analytics and subscription management providers) to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Photo Cleaner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
